Conditions of Use

Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that all orders (however placed) which we receive will be subject to these conditions. You shall ensure the fullness and accuracy of any order. We shall not be responsible for duplication of any order. Please state clearly if any comunication to us is merely a confirmation of a previous order rather than being a new order.

Price & Payment
Prices are correct at the time of publishing but may be changed by us at any time. Prices quoted on the website include GST at the standard rate of 12.5%  In addition to the price you shall pay delivery costs as chosen.

Delivery
Orders received by 5.00 pm on a normal working day will usually be despatched the next working day but time will not be of the essence unless agreed in writing. Delivery in instalments shall constitute separate contracts; you may not treat the contract as a whole as repudiated if we fail to deliver any particular installment.

Insurance
Parcels sent by standard postal service are liability of the addressee. In the event of loss we will provide proof of postage, but any claim procedure is the responsibility of the addressee.

Liability
Goods supplied will be covered by manufacturer's warranty, and faulty goods claims must be advised to us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We shall not be liable for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, abnormal use, neglect, alteration or repair of the goods without prior approval.
Customers must notify us of a damaged parcel/product or of any "short delivery" within 7 working days of reciept.
All returns must be returned within 7 days of the return authorisation being granted.

Goods Not Available
We will notify you if the goods ordered are not available and unless you cancel the order we will hold it until the stock becomes available.

Returned goods
Returned goods will be accepted, only if authorisation has be given previously. We may repair, replace or refund the price paid for the returned goods at our discretion but we shall have no further liability to you. Risk in returned goods shall not pass until they are recieved in our premises and you shall be responsible for providing evidence of reciept if requested by us to do so and for all transport and other costs.
